Bug Fixes & Optimizations
- askDoctor Translation Updates: Refined the "Ask Your Doctor" question count badge
label (removed "locally").
- Disabled OTP Authentication: Suspended OTP phone logins on onboarding for
subsequent cleanups.
New Features
- Ask Your Doctor Notes Pad: Added a quick-capture notes card on the home dashboard
to easily Note down and persist questions for prenatal visits (saved locally in Hive).
- Symptom Frequency Insights: Display the top 3 most frequently reported symptoms
with visual progress bars at the top of the Symptom History tab.
- Vitals Chart Range & Interval Selectors: Added interactive buttons to filter
(7D/30D/All) and aggregate (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) data points for Weight, BP, and Blood Sugar
trends.
- Trimester Markers: Added vertical dashed reference lines at gestational weeks 13
(T2) and 27 (T3) on all vitals charts.
Bug Fixes & Optimizations
- Navigation Resets: Tapping the active Vitals tab inside a detailed chart screen now
resets the view back to the main vitals overview.
New Features
- Upgraded Shopping List: Added support for specifying item quantities (e.g. 2 packs)
and custom notes/preferences. Included category-specific colored badges (medical pill, baby bottle,
hospital bag, pregnant icon) for improved scanning, and a priority switch to mark critical supplies
with an highlighted URGENT badge.
Bug Fixes & Optimizations
- Shopping List UIDs: Instead of name of the person who has added, it was showing
user id.
New Features
- Hotfix Update Support: Enhanced the update checker algorithm to compare build
numbers (e.g., build 9 vs build 8) when version names are identical. This ensures users are notified
of critical hotfixes immediately on app open.
Bug Fixes & Optimizations
- Family Member Removal: Fixed a database permission error that prevented Mothers
from successfully removing family members or disbanding Care Groups. Updated user unlinking queries
to use merge sets to handle uninitialized user profiles gracefully.
- Update Dialog Crash: Fixed a race condition that caused the profile screen to
display as blank when manually checking for updates.
New Features
- App Update Checker: Added dynamic client-side version checks querying
version.json from the server. Prompts users when a newer APK is released, supporting
both optional and mandatory (forced) updates. Added automatic startup checking and a manual "Check
for Updates" button.
- Reorganized Settings Interface: Redesigned the Profile screen into clean,
structured settings groups (Profile, Preferences, About, Danger Zone) with custom styled icons to
reduce clutter.
- Custom About Dialog: Replaced the standard license dialog with a simplified About
modal including custom developer links and feedback email drafting templates.
- Delete Data: Added feature to give option to erase all their data from cloud and
local.
Bug Fixes & Optimizations
- Playlists Screen Crash: Fixed a type conversion exception
- Logout Redirect Loop: Refactored profile cleanup so that logging out does not wipe
onboarding SharedPreferences, preventing incorrect redirects back to the setup screen upon next
sign-in.
- Notifier Leak Protections: Added
mounted check guards to all async
boundaries in the Reminders notifier state update loop.

- Server-Side Catalog Sync: Migrated all static JSON catalogues (food items, quotes,
playlists, baby growth, default templates) to the web server to enable live updates without
requiring app store updates. Implemented daily background checking on app open.
- Trimester-Specific Reminders: Added dynamic seeding of default reminders matching
the mother's current week and trimester, including local Indian foods (makhana, coconut water,
paneer) and prenatal wellness checks.
- Exercise Category: Created a dedicated
exercise reminder category with
custom violet styling, run icons, and notification channels.

- Default Reminders Seeding: Resolved an issue where deleted default reminders would
return. Added a persistent
defaultRemindersSeeded flag in the user's Firestore profile
state to retain deletion preferences across app reinstalls and logins.
- Notification Rate Limiting: Optimized reminder loading by caching scheduled state
keys, preventing OS-level notification manager rate-limiting warnings on Android.

- Daily Symptom Check-in: Introduced a dedicated symptoms logging tab to track daily
mood and physical symptoms, with reassuring clinical advice cards.
- Yoga & Wellness Section: Added a dedicated playlist category featuring curated
prenatal yoga sessions, hip openers, breathing exercises, and meditation videos.
Bug Fixes
- Vitals Trend Analysis: Corrected the pregnancy weight analysis calculator to
evaluate weight gain relative to the dynamic time difference between records instead of assuming a
flat 7-day frequency.
- Bottom Navigation Sync: Fixed navigation behavior to correctly update active tab
highlights when programmatically transitioning from the dashboard (e.g. via "See All" button).

- Vitals Export & Import: Export your health logs to CSV or generate a clean,
print-friendly PDF doctor report directly from your device. You can also import CSV records to
populate local data.
- Milestones & Achievements: Track your 40-week gestation cycle milestones and unlock
beautiful achievement badges (First Log, consistency streaks, etc.) with animated confetti
celebrations.
- Google Analytics Integration: Added Firebase Analytics to securely monitor screen
navigation and track vitals logging engagement.
